Our chicken is marinated for hours in a blend of yogurt, fresh lemon juice, ginger, garlic, and our proprietary tandoori spice mix that includes Kashmiri red chilies for color and mild heat.
The magic happens in our tandoor - a traditional cylindrical clay oven that reaches temperatures over 900°F. The intense heat sears the outside of the chicken while keeping the inside incredibly moist and tender. The result is a beautiful char with smoky undertones that simply cannot be replicated with conventional cooking methods.
